Welcome to Alenca Flooring. These terms are an agreement between you and Alenca Flooring S Corp, a Florida corporation based in Tallahassee, FL (“Alenca Flooring”, “we”). By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Our services are defined by the coating system specified in your written estimate — flake, metallic, quartz or solid colour — together with the surface preparation that system requires. We reserve the right to refuse service for hazardous conditions, or for slabs whose condition falls outside what we are equipped to handle.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you can. Any cancellation terms that apply to your project will be set out in your written estimate before work is booked.
Installations carry a written 10-year warranty against delamination. This covers the bond of the coating itself — it does not cover cracking or movement in the underlying concrete, or surface scratches from normal use.
While we take every precaution, Alenca Flooring is not liable for pre-existing damage to items or property.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from our services will be handled in the courts of Leon County, Florida.
