Metallic Floors

Quartz Floors

Every system starts the same way: we grind the slab with diamond tooling (never acid etching), repair cracks, and test the concrete with a Wagner C555 moisture meter. Where the reading or the room calls for it, most often kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor areas, the base coat is a moisture vapor barrier. Every floor is finished with a UV-stable top coat and carries a written 10-year warranty against delamination.
