Braulio Garza has spent his career as a flooring subcontractor, installing coatings for larger companies across the region. Busy work, steady work — but always someone else's name on the floor.

Alenca Flooring is the business he is building on his own. That means the person quoting your garage is the person who grinds the slab, broadcasts the flake and squeegees the top coat. There is no sales layer and no subcontracted crew to blame when something goes wrong.

The standards come from the commercial side of the trade: mechanical diamond grinding, never acid etching, a moisture vapour barrier where the slab calls for one, and a polyurea or polyaspartic top coat on every floor for UV resistance. Most flake floors are finished in a single day, and every one is backed by a written 10-year warranty against delamination.

Same Materials on Every Job

We use the same materials on a small garage as on a whole-house floor. High-bond base layer, UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat — every time, no exceptions. Our coatings come from Xtreme Polishing Systems (XPS), a Florida-based manufacturer and supplier, including Rockhard T2000 clear coat on metallic floors.
